Minimum 7+ years’ industry experience which should includes experience
leading the engineering teams of five to six people, utilizing Scrum
development methodology.

6+ years’ experience with C# and the .Net Framework

Deep knowledge of architecting systems that use Windows Presentation
Foundation (WPF), Web  (WCF) Services, Middle-tier technologies

Experience in Windows Workflow foundation (WF)

Demonstrated ability to design and implement toolsets for enterprise
solutions

Strong ability to implement Object Oriented solutions

Familiarity with source code tools/process, bug tracking, code reviews, and
other common development activities.

Experience in n-tier architecture.

Passion to drive quality.

SOA (Service Oriented Architecture) application design/development

Experience with CoreXT, MSBuild and build/deployment automation
Experience with the MS internal security review process
