The Functional Consultant will be required to work closely with the HRIM Consultant up through leave, eliciting process understanding. Participate in fit-gap activity. The focus of the role will be to lead the team in the design and delivery of Candidate Gateway, Talent Acquisition Management and Administer Workforce as well as working with the Client web component interface workflow for HR transactions. * * * * *PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:* *% Time* 1. *1* Lead functional team through design and delivery of PeopleSoft modules (version 9.1): Candidate Gateway, Talent Acquisition Management, and Administer Workforce for upgrade. 30% * 1. * Act as liaison between functional and technical teams to manage process change as required by upgrade. 5% * 1. * Customization review - review the key changes from the 8.3 to 9.1 comparison reports: Candidate Gateway, Talent Acquisition Management, and Administer Workforce. 10% * 1. * Process review – map existing processes (using current documentation if available) and walk through each process using converted PS 9.1 database: Candidate Gateway, Talent Acquisition Management, and Administer Workforce. 20% * 1. * Planning, design and execution of User Acceptance Testing for Candidate Gateway, Talent Acquisition Management, Administer Workforce and Job related web transactions. 20% * 1. * Knowledge transfer on beginning and end of assignment to ensure transition of process. 5% * 1. * Work with HRIM Manager and Documentation Specialist to outline process changes impacting documentation. 10% * * *Total:* 100% * * *The preceding Position Description has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by employees within this classification.
