Job Title: Tibco Lead* *Location: Columbia, SC* *Duration: 6 months* *Rate: $50/hr on C2C * *Job Discription: **Oversee IT applications staff involved in delivery of projects with high complexity, multiple integration points, dependencies, and strategic impacts.* *Support goals, strategies, and plans of the business organizations that staff supports. Contributes to business strategy development. * *Has detailed knowledge of Business Process Management frameworks and real-world experience with BPM implementations* *Contributes to establishing/extending enterprise IT standards and guidelines. Ability to communicate with various audiences (technical or business), plan and negotiate schedules. Ability to communicate with mid to senior level management and external resources * *Accountable for providing “organizational context” for staff.
