functional consultative BA position, a global project, outstanding
communication skills a must. **We are not looking for technical skills**
Plan to schedule some phone screens this week.

Need Sr Functional resource with extensive Peoplesoft HCM modules.
Knowledge and experience with V9 Profile, Career Development, ePerformance,
and other Talent Management functionality required.
Additional Skills: In depth product knowledge and experience - Peoplesoft
HCM.
Functional and product expert with at least 7 years PeopleSoft experience in
HCM applications including HR, Payroll, Ben Admin, Time & Labor, and
ePerformance.
Lead and facilitate fit-gap sessions. Document user requirements and
streamlines processes.
Writes procedures for implementation of Peoplesoft modules.
Reviews and analyzes operations procedures, processes, and problems to
identify areas for improved workflow or automation.
Reviews workflow to evaluate effectiveness and proposes system changes to
improve productivity.
Identifies and assesses skills and needs of staff to implement new system
changes; facilitates the staff's ability to cope with change through
appropriate training design.
Oversees, coordinates and assists with all aspects of user acceptance
testing.

Experience Required: 7-10 years experience in an HRIS environment, with
specific knowledge of Peoplesoft.
Knowledge/Skills:
• In depth knowledge of day to day operations in an HRIS environment.
• In depth knowledge of Peoplesoft HCM modules. Expertise in Competency and
Talent Managment functionalities is big plus.
• Knowledge of system capabilities, usually acquired through formal training
or experience, is required to assess automation possibilities.
• Advanced analytical skills are required to evaluate effectiveness of
processes.
