 UNIX Admin Support for IBM AIX 5.3, SUN Solaris 10, Red Hat Linux 5.3 (and
above) operating systems. Experience with BMC Bladelogic is a plus.

- Bachelors degree in computer-related field or equivalent experience
- 5 years experience in position requiring a high level of technical and
project expertise
- Ability to translate technical concepts into non-technical terms
- Advanced Project Management skills
- Knowledge & experience with all aspects of project life cycle
- Must have strong business assessment & requirements gathering skills

*--------Technical Skills---------*
- Advanced knowledge of system administration/concepts of UNIX and Linux
network operating system platforms
- Superior network/PC troubleshooting techniques & concepts
- Technical & conceptual understanding of telecommunications
networks/topologies/protocols
- Advanced knowledge of server products and operating systems
- Technical diagramming

*--------Responsibilities---------*
- Project leadership for large and/or complex, internal or client driven
projects.
-Plan/organize/allocate & leverage matrixed resources/manage projects using
the Artemis ProjectView system.
- Provide direction/leadership/guidance to integrate & implement systems
supporting company and systems initiatives.
- Provide feedback from project experiences to other IT areas in the
on-going process of creating/evolving/refining departmental computing
technical/procedural policies.

- Understand & embrace use of internal bank control/communication systems
for problem/change control/inventory systems.

- Educate client areas in technology direction/standards/processes so they
have the knowledge & ability to leverage technology resources/delivery
channels.

- Provide relevant communications to supported client areas; offer
assistance in determining client impact.
