Candidate must have all the skills required for this position. Title :- Senior .NET Developer Duration:- 6+ Months Location:- Grand Rapids, MI. Rate:- $45/hr Responsibilities: •The purpose of this position is to design, develop, test, document, and implement programming solutions in business areas with moderate supervision •The design of these solutions directly affects the availability, functionality and reliability of systems to customers. •This position develops solutions which provide cost benefits for the end-customer and increased revenue for the company. Briefly describe what your department is responsible for, work output and how your business supports our corporate objectives.: We support the Global Forecasting group. They rely heavily on these custom applications to do their job. What are the day to day responsibilities for this position? Who will this person work with routinely? What are the key deliverables or projects this person will be required to deliver in the first 90 days and term of contract?: The day to day responsibilities will involve supporting the Forecasting applications and doing enhancement projects on the applications. Two developers will work closely with this person along with a Project Manager. What kind of work experience, specific skills training and/or level of education is necessary for this position?: Knowledge of forecasting and/or supply chain applications will be of benefit. Knowledge of the toolsets listed is required. Please list the most important skills required to perform proficiently in this role.: The person should be able to learn the applications quickly and add value to the development team. They should have the technical skills as well as business savvy. Being able to speak effectively in a non-technical way is also critical.
