The resource is responsible for providing technical guidance and troubleshooting assistance to the technical team lead for other brands, so good communication skills are an absolute must-have. Most guidance is at a high-level: evaluating a design pattern or helping to troubleshoot a production issue; some issues require a more hands-on approach, so there is some coding involved as well.
