The resource should be extremely familiar with developing Web-based
Microsoft Solutions, with specific focus on SharePoint 2007 and
ASP.Net. The resource is responsible for providing technical guidance
and troubleshooting assistance to the technical team lead for other
brands, so good communication skills are an absolute must-have. Most
guidance is at a high-level: evaluating a design pattern or helping to
troubleshoot a production issue; some issues require a more hands-on
approach, so there is some coding involved as well.

have prior 2010 migration experience. This is one of the many
projects they currently have going on.
Breakdown, this position is 30% architecture/Engineering, 50%
SharePoint Analysis/Guidance and with the other 20% administration.
specific experience and skills:
• Must possess an in depth understanding of the capabilities of
Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 and SharePoint Designer 2007.
SharePoint Server 2010 experiences a big plus.
• SharePoint enterprise calculation experience is Mandatory.
• Knowledge must include architectural design, web parts development,
management and troubleshooting with a focus on planning, deploying and
supporting enterprise SharePoint implementations.
• In depth experience with Collaboration, Portals, Enterprise Search,
Enterprise Content Management, Business Process and Forms, and/or
Business Intelligence.
• Experience with SharePoint templates (site templates, list
templates, master page customization) is required.• Experience with
server installation, and server performance tuning.;
