Evaluates user request for new or modified program, such as for financial or human resource management systems, online recruiting, business intelligence using GIS features, or analyzing and developing specifications for a web portal application. - Consults with users to identify current operating procedures and clarify program objectives. Using agile SDLC methodology to formulate plans outlining steps required to develop solutions that meet business requirements. - Using .net development tools such as Visual Studio 2008/2010, SQL Reporting Services, SQL Analysis Services, and Team Foundation Server (TFS) to manage source code policies and software release cycles. - Familiar with object oriented design techniques building reusable components in C# interfacing with Classic ASP, SharePoint, Dynamics CRM, and GIS Mapping Systems. - Leveraging TFS Build, Continuous Integration and Test Driven Development to manage good quality code releases on time and within budget.
