Some Project Mgmt. type skills - to work with users (mainly on Order mgmt. and inventory side ) and help get info. in and out of existing systems… There will be training / knowledge transference from existing support team on Legacy apps. and they will be still available to our consultants. Basic B/A skills - knowledge of all things done in an SDLC (system development life cycle) plus some QA, training, and application specific help desk like function….
