Description:*

*Worker shall assist with identifying PeopleSoft tables for report
development purposes.   *

* *

*Worker shall have a strong understanding of PeopleSoft financials
reporting, to include:  Business Objects XI 3.1 to include Crystal 2008 and
Xcelsius 2008, XML Publisher, and SQRs.  Worker needs to posses excellent
troubleshooting skills.  Worker shall have strong understanding of
PeopleSoft 9.0 or higher and PeopleSoft tools 8.4.9 or higher.*

*Worker shall have report writing knowledge of the13 PeopleSoft modules to
include:  Asset Management, Inventory, Budget, General Ledger, Commitment
Control, Purchasing, Accounts Receivable, Billing, Project Costing, Grants
Management, Cost Accounting, Accounts Payable, and Planning & Budget.*

* Coordinates and facilitates reporting meetings ensuring that agendas are
prepared ahead of time and notes are prepared and distributed afterwards. *

* *

*Controls and monitors the progress and schedule of assigned projects. *

* *

*Communicates both verbally and in writing with various project
stakeholders, management, other relevant parties both internal and external
to the agency, the project status and risks as well as any outstanding
issues and recommendations for resolving those issues which could not be
resolved at the project team level. *

* *

*Worker coordinates the work of others both internal and external to the
agency in a matrixed resource environment. Coordinates and facilitates the
day-to-day project activities for all reporting projects assigned. *

*Works under limited supervision of the Manager of Software Development with
considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.*

*Communicate effectively and correctly in writing and verbally on a variety
of business matters as required*

*Project management experience in implementing Business Objects/Business
Intelligence project(s) as a reporting tool*
