Work with other developers to integrate BI toolset with other processes within the overall workflow. Involved in the analysis, design, development and implementation of software applications. Determines user requirements, leads application design, plans projects, establishes priorities and monitors progress. Evaluates project status and resource utilization and implements changes to improve the team’s effectiveness. May coordinate with other managers to integrate project with other applications. *The Candidate Should Have The Following Background And Skills**:* Strong background in SQL Programming. Strong experience with data modeling and star schema design. Strong experience SQL Server query performance and tuning. Experience with IBM/COGNOS products and Microsoft SSRS & SSAS. Experience with Microsoft SQL Integration Services (SSIS) desirable. Experience working with DB2 databases and tools desirable. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. *The Candidate Should Have The Following Background And Skills**:* Experience with Microsoft SQL Integration Services (SSIS). Strong background in SQL Programming. Experience SQL Server stored procedures and triggers desirable. Experience working with DB2 databases and tools. ETL development experience with complex data transforms and derivations. *Experience Preferred**:* Experience developing complex SQL Server stored procedures and triggers.
