Enterprise Talent Acquisition has an opportunity for a Business Systems
Consultant to join the Recruitment Business Solutions team.  As a member of
the Recruitment Business Solutions team, the Consultant will serve as a
primary point of contact and liaison between the lines of business and
technical organization to evaluate and direct the analysis of complex
business problems and provide strategic enterprise solutions for Enterprise
Talent Acquisition applications. This role will partner with   recruitment
leadership throughout the enterprise to support the implementation of
integrated solutions.



*Job Responsibilities include:*

                Support recruitment systems by evaluating and identifying
enterprise systems solutions for the applicant tracking system that are both
cost effective and meet business requirements.

                Research, develop, and write detailed business requirements
for large scale technologies that translate business objectives into
technology requirements.

                Provide consultative guidance to business partners in the
development of business requirements gathering; act as a liaison between
business partners and the HR Systems team; partner closely with Corporate HR
to ensure system compliance and end user satisfaction.

                Develop and manage recruitment  metrics and reporting
criteria to evaluate recruitment efficiencies/inefficiencies, the
recruitment lifecycle and talent acquisition initiatives and processes.

                Serve as internal consultant to define recruitment system
processes and identify system improvements that drive efficiency and
productivity.

                Lead internal focus groups that drive efforts to improve
system functionality, data integrity, and reporting.

                Serve as a leader in managing the development lifecycle
process; provide effective project planning, document retention processes
and data integrity practices that mitigate risk and ensure compliance.

                Act as the functional Subject Matter Expect for recruitment
technologies and provide consultative guidance related to recruitment system
functionality and processes.



Basic Qualifications



                5+ years of experience in business systems analysis and/or
design.





*Minimum Qualifications*

                Knowledge of recruitment workflow, development lifecycle
process, and enterprise recruitment systems

                Strong analytical skills and proven ability to troubleshoot
and solve complex problems

                Strong interpersonal skills, while demonstrating the ability
to collaborate and partner with multiple clients

                Excellent verbal and written communication skills

                Internal consulting experience working with multiple
business lines with differing and often competing needs

                Proactive, innovative, and creative in meeting customer and
enterprise needs

                Experience collaborating and supporting multiple departments
or functions in a matrix organization, and/or experience in a corporate
function that interfaces with many business groups in a decentralized
environment

                Excellent organizational and prioritization skills to manage
competing priorities

                The ability to work independently ,as well as
collaboratively, in a virtual environment; Proven experience working in a fast
paced environment and changing business landscape



*Preferred Skills *

                Expertise in data collection, data analysis, and reporting

                Enterprise experience managing the needs of multiple
business lines in large complex Fortune 100 Company

                PeopleSoft experience and HR Tools

                4-year degree

                E-Business savvy, experience in technology innovation

                Experience with global recruitment systems
