Loan Modifications etc) preferred PMP is highly preferred. Strong communication skills (will be communicating with VP and C Level management) - need to show that experience in resume. Extensive experience in reporting (Schedules, Decision Logs, Action Logs, Status reports, etc). Projects with be inspected weekly or monthly based on the need. Samples of Projects - Marketing (Programs being offered for customers), Systems (Work Flow) - several of these projects are highly regulated. Be able to resolve conflict before escalating (but do know when it is time to escalate). Some travel may be required. OT will be available. Prepare candidates that they will be using their personal smart phone for work.
