The person in this position will analyze all the current business applications and provide short and long term executable plan and strategy, and will also support the identification process of required resources and strong involvement in the coordination and coaching of project teams comprised of both business and technical resources. Support multiple projects of varying complexity and cost. Provide strategic vision on business systems and processes. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems desired, however equivalent work experience and education will be considered, advanced degree and relevant professional training preferred. EXPERIENCE: Ten years experience in the information systems field, five years of experience as a systems analyst in a complex system development and software package environment. REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES: • 5+ years of SAP configuration knowledge and functional experience in the deployment of the SCM modules (e.g., Demand Planning, Supply Network Planning). • Experience in performing workshops, and requirement gathering sessions with the business. • Very strong in SCM and SAP R/3 planning experience. • Experience with SCM DP and SNP implementations. • Integration knowledge of the PP module with MM, SD, PC and FI. • Two or more full cycle SAP implementations on a project which included SAP DP and/or SNP. • Subject matter expertise in rough-cut-capacity planning, safety stock planning, and two of the three planning engines (Heuristics, CTM, and Optimizer) • CIF (Core interface) configuration, support, and troubleshooting • Strong SAP experience in building service solutions including Production Planning, MRP and relevant master data. • Preferred health care medical diagnostic or service industry experience and respective business process knowledge.
