*Position: Mainframe Tester (**Phone To Hire**)* *Location: Detroit, MI* *Duration: 6 Months* *Need Only GC’s/US Citizens/OPT’s/EAD’s!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!* ** *Requirements:* Candidates without ITS experience will not be considered Extensive understanding and experience in system development life cycle. Must have strong knowledge and prior experience with ITS projects. Strong background in mainframe and distributed platform testing and testing procedures including creation of test cases/scripts, creation of test data, and validation of test data. Mainframe background required with expert level of *COBOL, JCL, IMS, CICS, DB2*. Hands on experience with *System Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing required, Performance Testing and End to End Testing* is required. Hands on knowledge using the following debugging tools: - Abend-Aide - File-Aid - Expediter. Knowledge of *EDI ANSI X12* data is a *plus*. Strong workgroup coordination and communication skills are required. Proficiency in MS Office and Visio is required. Minimum 5 years experience in testing required. Bachelor's degree in related field preferred. *Department Preferences:* Ideal candidate will have healthcare application experience.
