We are looking for few Oracle Techno-Functional candidate for our client at
Detroit, MI.

*Position: Oracle Techno-Functional (HRMS/Financial)*
*Location: Detroit, MI*
*Duration: 6 months plus*

*Rate: $60/hr*

*         A minimum 5 years of Oracle Implementation Experience as a
Functional/Technical SME is required. Expertise in Oracle Applications in
all or one of the following: HRMS/Financial
*         Extensive experience implementing Enterprise Resource Planning
software
*         Independently analyze and identify comprehensive solutions
considering all functional implications while developing a workable
technical solution.
*         Knowledgeable in underlying Oracle Applications database
architecture, standard (API's) application program interfaces, data
elements, tables, and views as basis for troubleshooting, and data
conversion.
*         Working technical understanding of Oracle Database technology;
enabling technical research in investigating application issues and the
ability to create ad-hoc reports.
*         Manages multiple initiatives and projects
*         Ability to communicate complex concepts to technical and
non-technical personnel
*         Understands and adheres to established project management policies
and procedures, including meeting project work plans, status reports, and
documentation according to a structured System Development Life Cycle
Processes.
*         Excellent time management skills and work ethics.
*         Proven track record in taking the initiative to learn and stay
abreast of changing technology landscape and changing business requirements
and works with Functional Groups to continue to evaluate how to continue to
wed the two.
*         Effective communication skills including comprehension, written
and verbal skills
*         Ability to analyze and interpret business processes and data
*         Ability to conduct and facilitate requirements elicitation, and
business process modeling sessions to elicit functional requirements from
the business stakeholders and document them in functional specifications and
business process models.
*         Ability to maintain a high standard of professional conduct and
ethics in complex business situations.
*         Independently analyze and identify comprehensive solutions
considering all functional implications while developing a workable solution
*         Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all duties
