Partner with client business and IT organizations to understand business drivers, goals, objectives and requirements for collaboration and content management ? Work as a Share Point Subject Matter Expert to identify opportunities to leverage Share Point capabilities to add business value to collaboration initiatives. ? Leverage and extend capabilities of approved SharePoint templates to enhance intranet sites and portals ? Perform analysis of existing intranet sites to map information architecture and identify gaps based on business needs ? Translate information architecture to implementation designs using SharePoint as the back bone for intranet sites and portals ? Configure departmental, team and community sites within SharePoint leveraging corporate standards and guidelines ? Create and modify deliverables such as site guides, procedural documents, functional and technical design documentation. ? Participate in strategy discussions on the possibilities of SharePoint to support emerging needs.
Requirements ? B.S. in Computer Science or Information Systems or equivalent ? At least 3 years experience in analysis, design, configuration and development of SharePoint sites and applications, with a total of 7 years of application development experience ? Strong functional and technical knowledge of Share Point 2007 ? Strong technical expertise in ASP.NET <http://asp.net/>, C#, SQL Server and Oracle ? Familiarity with the features of Share Point 2010 ? Working knowledge of relational databases, collaboration and content management ? Familiarity with the Project Management Methodology and SDLC Methodology ? Ability to work very closely with end users and stakeholders and translate their needs into system capabilities and solutions ? Passion for learning new business processes, an understanding of services based model and an appreciation for the role of IT in business ? Team player with the ability to collaborate with business teams and IT ? Strong written and verbal communication skills.
