JD_ Description: Looking for a strong BA who has Call Center/Customer Service experience in a B2C environment. Print/Digital media domain would be an added advantage but Customer Service/Call Center application BA experience would also be ok. Person should have worked directly with Business group (for example with Director/VP of Customer Service or Customer Service Rep/Agent supervisor. Should have used Requirement Gathering methodologies like RUP, Agile CSPO et al. Should have produced Business Requirement document, Functional/Requirement Specifications etc. Strong experience in managing Business and IT interface while keeping a healthy balance.
