*Location:* Albany, NY** *Duration: *18 months * * *face2face interview – No telephone/video interviews permitted* The Information Management Solutions (IMS) division of the NYS Office for People with Development Disabilities is seeking one Programmer/Analyst II consultant, technical expert in technologies related to the development and deployment of applications using various Microsoft technologies. The consultant will be used for a period of up to 18 months. The candidate selected will participate in the development, maintenance, enhancement, and deployment of ASP.NET <http://asp.net/> applications. The candidate selected will be charged with providing guidance, training, mentoring, and knowledge transfer to OPWDD staff. To be considered qualified in any technology experience must have been obtained in an enterprise n-tier production environment in a business operation. Experience in small environments, in labs or at home will not be considered. *Interviews must be done in person.* *MANDATORY* Requirements: - Minimum of three years of hands-on experience designing, developing, and deploying ASP.NET <http://asp.net/> 2.0 and above with C#, enterprise-scale secure applications in an n-tier architecture with at least one year in ASP.NET <http://asp.net/> 3.0+ - Minimum of three years of hands-on experience writing JavaScript, AJAX, and CSS to customize the appearance and functionality of web forms - Minimum of three years hands-on experience programming T-SQL: stored procedures, triggers, functions, and views for MS SQL 2005+ with at least one year in MS SQL 2008 - Minimum of three years hands-on experience writing queries for MS SQL 2005+ with at least one year in MS SQL 2008 - Minimum of one year of hands-on development experience creating web services based on WCF .NET Framework 3.5 *DESIRABLE* Experience Listed in order of importance: 1. Hands-on development experience in Windows Workflow Foundation (WF) 2. Hands-on development experience creating reports in SSRS 3. Hands-on experience creating custom entities and associated forms and views in MS Dynamics CRM 4.0 4. Hands-on development experience creating and modifying MS Dynamics CRM 4.0 plug-ins in C# 5.
