Position: Business Operations Manager/Project Manager
Location:Sterling,VA
Duration:Long Term
Organization:Client Services
Job:Client ImplementationKey Duties/Responsibilities:
Lead the implementations of specific client programs, products and projects
that support the Account team's annual revenue targets.
Ensure optimal customer experience by partnering with Operational
departments, specifically SMG, Contact Center and IS.
Represent the client and their customers' expectations within NEW.
Understand all operational facts of the program and communicate procedural
changes throughout the organization.
Manage operational processes to ensure SLAs and other key metrics are
achieved.
Perform analyses of account activity/program performance.
Work independently with the client account management team to achieve
account goals.
Serve as liaison between NEW and the client, interacting with client
representatives at all levels, including senior management.
Represent NEW at off/on-site client meetings to support Operational efforts.
Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
·                Advanced analytical, communication and client management
skills with a variety of client
·                Proven record of initiative, independence, and ability to
recognize improvement opportunities of complexity
·                Advanced Microsoft Office skills required (Visio, Excel,
Word and Project)
·                Must have previous experience working with online clients
·                Must have previous experience problem-solving and resolving
complex issues.
·                Developed facilitation and presentation skills to
participate in client meetings
·                Must demonstrate a high level of poise and professionalism
·                Availability for travel on a regular basis

·                Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
·                Experience in successful account management / project
management experience
·                Experience in customer service experience / call center
experience
·                3+ years of successful account operations experience with
online companies
·                Retail experience strongly preferred
·                A bachelors degree preferred
·                Performance Metrics:
·                Implementing and delivering key projects and products that
impact revenue
·                Meeting account KPIs including EBDIA targets, SLAs and CSI
scores
·                Demonstrating independence when leading large
implementations or projects
·                Quality of Business Operations Skills
·                Clear, concise, and complete requirements documentation
·                Timeline management
·                Project status and communication skills
·                Deliverables / execution
·                Operational sustainability once in production
·                Strong problem solving capabilities
·                Account Management Skills
·                Knowledge of account goals and client expectations
·                Deep understanding of client set up and operational
processes
·                Quarterly participation
·                Strong oral and written client facing skills
