UNIX, C/C++, shell scripts, sybase are the must have skills. ASP, .NET are good to have. Job Description: 1) Analyze and Design of current and new enhancements in GRR 2) Liaise with GRR Business teams and understand Business Requirements 3) Translate Business Requirements into Functional and Technical specifications and manage Development effort within the Dev team 4) Track and monitor all development projects and ensure target delivery date is met 5) Adhere to SDLC policies and document all system changes 6) Manage Development team across various locations, both on-site and off-shore 7) Manage UAT team and oversee testing for major projects and day to day feed testing 8) Manage and oversee Production support team and their activities and ensure zero outage for GRR Production environment 9) Liaise with multiple technology team and user communities 10) Manage system upgrades, outages and COB Job skills: 1) 5-6 years of managerial and team leading experience in a Global Financial system 2) Strong understanding of SDLC and Release Management 3) Knowledge of Credit Risk is additional 4) Strong knowledge of Unix shell scripts, C/C++, Sybase, Autosys, VB, ASP.NET <http://asp.net/> 5) Strong oral and written communication skills are required 6) Strong team player and should be able to motivate team members There will be a detailed background check if selected including education and employment history (7 years).
