Have Skills:

5 years commercial experience designing and building high-volume web sites
using Java.
Excellent understanding of and demonstrated success in using Java, SQL,
Object-oriented design, Servlets, JavaScript, CSS, XHTML.
Experience working on an Agile scrum team
Commitment to test-driven development.
Familiarity with continuous development environments such as CruiseControl.
Strong Object-oriented design and programming skills.
Excellent SQL programming skills and understanding of good database design.
Working knowledge developing cross-browser (IE, Firefox, Chrome, etc.)
dynamic web applications.
Good understanding of Web technologies including HTTP, HTTPS, Content
delivery, Caching, and DNS
Strong system and data-analysis skills.
Ability to design highly-performing server and client-side components and
understanding of how to measure Web-page performance.
Experience working with version control (e.g. CVS, SVN, Git).

*Desired Skills*:

Experience with Web Content Management systems.
Familiarity with JCR 1.0/2.0 and/or technology that implements these such as
Jackrabbit, Hippo CMS, or Magnolia.
Advanced JavaScript and AJAX experience.
Experience integrating 3rd party technology into existing platforms

*Project Details*:

A Java developer role on the Marketing Web and eBusiness development team,
responsible for contributing to all aspects of designing, implementing and
deploying dynamic, interactive web publishing and display applications and
services to the global Autodesk infrastructure

*Job Roles / Responsibilities*:

Work with Product Management, User Experience, and other functional teams as
part of an Agile scrum team to analyze business needs and develop technical
design for features and functions that are consistent and conformant to the
underlying publishing architecture.
Collaborate with programmers, architects, QA engineers, and other functional
team members as part of an Agile sprint team.
Design server and browser components that are robust, re-usable and follow
development best practices.
Implement code and unit tests that run in a continuous build environment.
Actively participate in code reviews of your code and that of peers.
Create documentation of technical design.
Work with your sprint team to deliver applications on time and that conform
to story acceptance criteria.
Work with QA engineers to help plan testing coverage.
Provide infrastructure deployment assistance and support.
