Devises or modifies systems and procedures to solve complex problems and produce specified results. Has full knowledge of all phases of application systems analysis, development, deployment and support. Also has duties instructing, directing, and validating systems and application analysts. Responsible for quality assurance review. Acts as project leader. Ensures projects tasks are completed on time. Competent to work at the highest level in all phases of application system analysis and development. Complies with Corporate and department policies and procedures. EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience with an emphasis in computer information systems and/or specialized knowledge of the healthcare industry. EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Specific experience with McKesson, Keane, or HMS CPOE, Zynx EBOS, and Horizon Enterprise Visibility is desired.
