No phone or Skype interviews. Senior ASP.NET Developer MUST HAVE Skills the client is looking for in order of importance from our contractor who is interviewing people 1. ASP .Net 2. nHibernate 3. OO Programming 4. AJAX 5. Single sign on process (SSO) 6. WCS Technical Skills .Net 4+ yrs development experience Must have worked on at least one major project that utilizes ASP.NET MVC 3 from the ground up. 5+ yrs software development experience utilizing Microsoft technologies (ASP, .NET 2.0/3.0/3.5, C#, ASP.NET, WCF , ADO.NET , SOAP, WSDL, Web Services ,JavaScript, HTML, XML, Ajax) Ajax is a must. 3+ yrs of experience with database technologies (i.e. Microsoft SQL Server 2008). 2+ yrs with Web Service/WCF development experience Must have very good knowledge about .NET framework Must have very good knowledge about OOP Other Skills Experience in all phases of SDLC and Agile practices Experience with single sign on is a huge plus Experience with Subversion is a plus Must be a self-starter and be able to keep up with the pace producing quality work on time Must be able to track and complete assigned work tasks with little supervision. High quality written and verbal communication skills are critical. Knowledge and past experiences working in an Agile environment, being part of a Sprint Team and understanding the framework will be a plus. Healthcare industry knowledge is a plus. Required Education 4 year college degree or equivalent experience.
