This position is for someone strong in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD), SAP Service Management and SAP Logistics. Attached is a brief description. VERY IMPORTANT - This role will be a support role to cover for the full-time employees that will be working on various projects that Roche will be completing. Since this is a support role, COMMUNICATION is the crucial key element! This person will be taking calls from business users and must have great communication skills. This person must have all 3 modules: SAP Sales and Distribution, SAP Service Management and SAP Logistics. MORE DETAIL: Responsibilities: • Performs support of SAP production applications by responding to support desk calls, tracking problems/issues, resolving issues and following up with end users. • Support is the first priority but applicant may also have some small projects assigned to them. Skills Required: • SAP Sales and Distribution Configuration and Functional Expertise - Sales Order Management, Contract and Pricing Management, Customer Master, Credit Management, and Customer Billing as well as Intercompany Billing. It would also be nice if the applicant has experience with SAP credit card processing and On Demand interfacing with Paymetric., as well as experience with SAP Global Trade Services (GTS). • SAP Delivery and Inventory Management Configuration and Functional Expertise • SAP Service Management Configuration and Functional Expertise - Understanding of SAP Customer Service functions, Equipment Masters, QM Notifications, Capital purchases and install base management, service billing, and call center management. • Experience with working in Healthcare where systems are highly validated due to the regulatory nature of the business environment. • Experience with HP Service Desk and Service Manager • Excellent customer service skills • Excellent communication skills • Excellent organization skills • Must have enough experience to troubleshoot independently but also work well in a team environment.
