*Immediate Need a Siebel Developer - NJ or CO * *Title : Siebel Developer Location : Westminster, CO or Basking Ridge, NJ Duration : 3+Month Contract to Hire* *Must have: * *6+ years experience with Siebel (on Oracle DB) Experience with at least 3-4 implementations - implementations in various aspects of Siebel - a few implementations of Contact Center Experience working with relational databases to facilitate programming software The ideal candidate will have knowledge of Siebel Contact center, EIM, EAI knowledge, management and development for version 8.1.X. Must have ability to develop, test and implement custom scripting for Siebel and provide guidance for the existing team in regard to best practices in all areas. Ability to design systems and programs to meet complex business needs. Communication is CRITICAL - must have good communication Ability to work well on a team, professional, presentable Self motivated and excellent problem solving skills MUST BE willing to convert to PERM* *Day to Day:* *Codes, tests, debugs, implements, and documents moderately complex programs. Creates appropriate documentation in work assignments such as program code, and technical documentation. Designs systems and programs to meet complex business needs. Prepares detailed specifications from which programs are developed and coded. Ensures programs meet standards and technical specifications; performs technical analysis and component delivery. Gathers information from existing systems, analyzes program and time requirements. Assists team lead in preparing time estimates and justification for assigned tasks. Designs programs for projects or enhancements to existing programs. Writes specifications for programs of moderate complexity. Assists support and/or project personnel in resolving moderately complex program problems. Works with client and management to resolve issues and validate programming requirements within their areas of responsibility. Provides technical advice on complex programming. Develops test plans to verify logic of new or modified programs. Conducts quality assurance activities such as peer reviews and unit testing. Creates appropriate documentation in work assignments such as program code, and technical documentation.
