*Job Description:*
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance or equivalent
• Experienced BA, Disney and/or Hospitality experience a plus
• Understanding business process management and business requirements of the
customers and translating them to specific application requirements
• Experienced in requirements elicitation, Analysis, dissection of existing
system and the ability to document the current state and functionality in
logical format
• Ability to effectively evaluate the information gathered through work
sessions and interviews, business process description and task analysis.
• Strong Communication with internal teams and external programs to deliver
functional requirements like UI, screen and interface designs.
• Very strong technical skills coupled with business intelligence and a deep
understanding of customer's needs so that they can be transformed into
application and operational requirements.
• Acting as an interface between business units, technology teams and
support teams
• Strong documentation and translation skills that is required to complete
program/project signoff and development
• Ability to work with diverse teams including development, Leadership,
architecture, and testing teams
• Knowledge of reverse engineering of documentation of an application
• Knowledge of RequistePro, RSA, and SharePoint
• Demonstrated enthusiasm and aggressiveness for problem solving and ability
to think outside the box to complete a task.
• Demonstrated strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Team oriented and demonstrate excellent communication skills.
o Writing skills, to communicate information effectively to
customers, managers, and technical staff.
o Interpersonal skills, to help negotiate priorities and to resolve
conflicts among the Application team.
o Demonstrated strong partnering skills
