Rate :$45/hr on C2C *Immediate Interview AND Immediate Closure* *This position will interact directly with clients to understand, map, analyze, and report on key client business goals – and the positions and processes that support them -- that touch any digital assets, including but not limited to email, ecommerce, web, mobile, and social media. Incumbent will analyze whether current processes are optimized to take full advantage of proposed digital solutions, and will work with the Director of Digital Engagement to provide recommendations to clients on improving existing processes, positions or the need to develop new ones. Specifically, incumbents’ primary responsibility will be mapping existing client business processes to determine alignment with proposed digital solutions. The Business Analyst may also identify and suggest modifications to client business processes that are required for clients to achieve their digital goals with these suggested solutions. Ideally, Incumbent will have at least 4 years’ experience as a Business Analyst in the digital sector. Duties and Responsibilities Meet with client to understand the digital business case (current and future digital business objectives and processes) Map current client business processes to determine alignment with future digital business objectives and processes Map existing client business processes to determine alignment with proposed digital solutions Prepare the business case Identify the nature of the work and the appropriate approach Analyze business problems to design and document solutions up front Conduct feasibility, benchmark and competitive analysis studies Set up, structure and deliver a suite of high quality BA documents Define, document, and manage change on digital business objectives and requirements and help structure functional requirements Interview stakeholders and facilitate workshops and other requirements-gathering meetings Lead discussions and reviews of digital business requirements with stakeholders including internal team and clients Contribute to and deliver considered, concise and relevant presentation to colleagues and clients Capture data elements, organize and model data to support or improve recommendations Drive results and high levels of client satisfaction Identify and investigate opportunities to expand and promote the role of Business Analyst within Siteworx and with current and potential clients The Business Analyst will work closely with the Project Management, User Experience, Visual Design, and Technology teams to create the following deliverables: Digital Engagement strategy, roadmaps, and tactics Digital Business goals & objectives Digital Business process maps Digital Business process recommendations Digital Business cases Digital Business plans KPIs and measurement schemas Requirements BA or BS in Business, Marketing or Communications 4 + years of client-facing experience in digital business, marketing or communication -------------------------------------------- Thanks & Regards David Johnson - IT Recruiter Panzer Solutions LLC.
