*Location :* New York City or Boston, MA *Duration :* End of the Year 2012 *After Telephonic Interview round Must required Face to Face Interview . * This position will conduct technology evaluation & recommendation, mentoring developers through hands-on assistance as well as formal & informal training & some technical development. Work with business & development team in identifying, designing, & developing technical architecture solution components. As a technical leader, the job requires a pragmatic visionary that can translate business needs into workable technology solutions that scale both technically & operationally & also raise the engineering & operational standards. This position will also be responsible for application performance from performance modeling, to performance measuring/profiling, to performance tuning. * Primary Job Duties *• Strong programming language skill in .NET, C#, SQL, etc. • *Must have experience with Messaging Systems such as Tibco EMS, ActiveMQ.* • Great technical & problem solving skills • Knowledgeable in various software design patterns & be able to apply appropriate design patterns to solve business/technical problems. Principles of distributed architecture, as well as debugging & testing tools & methodologies • Proficient in RDBMS such as Oracle, SQL Server, etc • *.**NET 3/.5/4.0 with WCF.* • Team player who works well across different streams (Product Management, Developers, QA, Operation Team, etc.) • Strong written & verbal communication skills • Provides design recommendations & options, develops & integrates programs per specifications. • Provides assistance in researching & adopting new & emerging technologies, evaluating new tools, technologies & platforms to be included in projects. • Leads project planning sessions with clients & Business Analysts to analyze requirements. • Estimates effort required for own work, & checks & agrees other team members' estimates. Accountable for planning work assigned to their team, including work breakdown, accurate estimate & identification of possible solution options. • Presents status updates for various projects to project management & senior managers. • Ensures self & team develop modules using disciplined processes, adhering to industry standards & best practice guidelines. • Works with vendors to understand technology & performs technical due diligence on third party technology delivery. • Provides technical guidance to team members.* Qualifications / Requirements • **Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
