Clear understanding of personalization, internationalization and localization. Experience with performance testing and tuning methodologies. Should have considerable experience in triaging production issues. Strong designing and planning skills. Experience in leveraging existing and new infrastructure from scalability and performance standpoint. Experience working in a corporate IT support environment. Proactive in identifying issues before their impact in production. Evidence of broad customer service delivery and confidence to drive initiatives. Outstanding written/verbal communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Strong organizational, problem solving and advanced analytical skills are a must. *DESIRED SKILLS:* The following are not required, but considered a plus. Portal development including JSR168 and JSR286 portlets. JSF development experience.
