Sr. QA Tester Manhattan, NY Full-time position Market Face-Face interview is Must Employee must be a US citizen and be willing to travel. Responsibilities •General tasks Design, develop and implement testing solutions for web based ecommerce systems, using automation tools where applicable. Ensure delivery of high quality products within agreed timelines. Escalate project risk and impact analysis to the appropriate parties in a timely manner. Be the domain expert under the areas of responsibilities for both front-end functionality and back-end integrations. Ensure all QA projects and processes are appropriately documented, kept up-to-date, safely stored, appropriately secured and organized. Establish, track and maintain the software testing project plan and schedule for all phases of scheduled releases. Provide management, monitoring and control of all testing elements of a project. Consulting, advising team members and other departments to deliver high-quality works Be able to mentor team members and clients in the areas of testing best practices and methodologies. Train and maintain knowledge based sharing among team members. Delivering continuous process improvement Ensure all works are delivered using the Venda QA standards and processes. Share ideas and suggest areas for improvement to the overall quality processes, testing tools, testing best practices and methodologies to create efficiencies. Collaborate with other departments to create synergy process improvement.
