Seeking for *Database Developer (Pl/SQL*) immediately Location: Beaverton, OR Duration: 12+ months Rate: $53/hr C2C *Job Description*: As a Senior Data Engineer for the Go To Market Solutions organization you will drive data management and development for many of the solutions that enable Global Sales for client, Inc. You will focus on defining, modeling and engineering to meet the data needs of the sales organization. You will be looked to for driving better integration of database solutions with the applications and web services that they support. You may even be challenged with some application development. You will collaborate with small teams and large teams of application engineers, business partners, off-shore support and others in client's matrixed organization. You will collaborate with subject matter experts and architects to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability, supportability and performance needs. Being part of sales at client, Inc is a demanding and rewarding. Your role will be critical to driving the foundation of data that all sales enabled solutions are built upon *Skills/Roles required for this position*: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or a related field 5 years professional IT business experience 2 years of additional relevant industry experience in lieu of a degree Excellent communication and influencing skills at both a technical and non-technical level Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills critical Expertise with relational database engineering and SQL required. Expertise in logical and physical data modeling required Experience with PL/SQL preferred Familiarity with master data management Experience developing in object oriented languages such as Java, C# or C++ preferred. Experience with data integration (ETL, SOA or other technologies) Experience working in an agile environment preferred.
