Expert in Task Based UI and other, Personalization rules, signals, variable maps, data maps, run time rules etc. *Plus: *Avaya CTI *D2D: *Responsible for design, development of new projects and enhancements in Siebel 8.1.2 Call Center environment leveraging Siebel Tools, Scripting, Workflows, Assignment Manager, Run Time Rules, Business Services and Siebel EAI as per the business requirements.
