Written and oral communication is key as is the ability to understand and function in a complex systems software environment. This position requires through knowledge in multiple disciplines: In a central server environment the position requires familiarity with mainframe COBOL systems. In the mid tier environment knowledge of Java and Tibco Business Works is required. Experience in writing XML Schema and WSDL is required, in addition to Web Service Design Skills.
