At least 2 years development experience with Pega PRPC. . Well versed with Pega Workflows . Knowledge in Design, Development, Migration and Deployment of PRPC and Enterprise Java applications . Strong Core Java development experience; JQuery, javascript, and SQL . Demonstrated experience designing and developing process based solutions . Demonstrated experience documenting user case processes and BPM workflows . Strong working knowledge of OS (Windows, UNIX), Database (Access, Oracle, SQL Server), Application Server (J2EE), and Languages (VB, Java, XML, Javascript) . Experience with integrations like SOAP, EJB, and queuing technologies like JMS MQ, MSMQ . Working knowledge of MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) . Excellent verbal, active listening, and written communications skills along with demonstrated facilitation skills . Proven analytical and problem solving skills . Keen attention to detail, organizational and time management skills .
