Position:SQL Developer Location: Boston, MA Duration:6+months* *Description: Principle Duties and Responsibilities: Design, develop, test and maintain reports and performance indicators necessary to support the Compass Program Develop SQL queries and stored procedures using SQL Server 2007 Participate in the creation and maintenance of the reporting jobs/streams using Siemens Soarian report development tools and SQL Server 2007 tools Work with Compass Business Intelligence Specialist to understand Soarian reporting architecture and it's relationship to business requirements Collaborate with end-users, Compass PMO staff and other IS departments to develop detailed specifications Interact with cross functional teams and peers to help support Compass reporting needs Contribute to data extract development and support Contribute to critical documentation (specifications, blueprints, policies and procedures, change management) Meet project deadlines as outlined in work-plans and time track deliverables Function both as an individual contributor and team player Following first entity go-live possible on-call responsibilities - 24/7 if applicable Provide on-going weekly status reports and/or call updates Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications: 3-5 years experience with business intelligence or reporting applications such as Crystal Reports Strong knowledge of SQL; ability to write complex SQL queries and complex stored procedures Good understanding of Tables, Indexes, Constraints, Joins Experience with OLAP cubes Skills, Abilities, Competencies: Proven analytical, problem-solving skills Previous experience with healthcare data a plus Ability to analyze data and implement knowledge to create new reports Highly organized individual with ability to manage workload Able to work as a team player and independently based on needs Excellent written and verbal skills Detail-Oriented Knowledge of the Microsoft suite of applications ** Best Regards, Dan Hoffman-Technical Recruiter Panzersolutions LLC, daniel.hoff...@panzersolutions.com Gmail:hoffmandaniel784 Ymail:danielhoffman28 Voice:203-769-6536 Notice of Confidentiality: The information contained herein is intended only for the confidential use of the recipient.
