Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Websphere Administration - responsible for administration and support of Intranet Websphere Application infrastructure. Administer Websphere Application Server Environment for Enterprise Web Applications. Administer and support Intranet infrastructure, including HTTP servers, Web application servers and systems management and performance tools. Deploy and monitor new and existing Web applications within the Websphere environment. Determine proper configuration settings, troubleshoot problems with web applications and work with application teams in performance testing and profiling applications prior to initial deployment.
