Location: Commack, NY (long Island) Duration: 6 Months Skills: - Experience in Network, System Administration, database support and development and IIS Web Server Administration. - Experience establishing BMC ITSM Suite integrations between event management and monitoring solutions for the purpose of auto-generation of Incidents, and/or Service Requests, etc. - Experience establishing BMC ITSM Suite integrations between BMC BladeLogic Server Automation 8.0 and Atrium Orchestrator. - Experience participating in large, global Remedy ITSM implementations. - Advanced report writing (native, Crystal Report and SAP Business Objects). - ITIL V3 Foundation. - Experience working with project management methodology including budget development, project planning, control and assurance methodologies. - Hands-on experience with Remedy performance tuning/performance optimization. - Knowledge of Pharma requirements, regulations, policies, and procedures.
