The candidate must be able to analyze business requirements, design solutions, write technical specifications, and write application code to enhance existing software applications. Duties will include developing original and/or complex code. Develops new documentation, participates in the development of department technical procedures. * * *Technical Qualifications: * 5+ years of experience in programming VB.Net, XML, WinForms, and Web Services 5+ years of experience with Visual Studio and Team Foundation Server 2+ years of experience with SQL development; proven ability to read and write complex SQL queries Proven ability to write complex code; including the planning of work from initiation through implementation while demonstrating the ability to meet project completion dates with acceptable levels of supporting documentation and software quality. *Soft Skills: * Ability to effectively communicate with individuals within all levels of technical and non-technical skills sets (i.e. Business Analysts, QA Analysts, and Project Managers) Demonstrated ability to work effectively with minimal supervision in a fast paced environment with the ability to multi-task and effectively manage expectations.
