Currently there is a required gap to fix between McLoud and PAETEC before the merge the systems into Windstream that relates to international and local consumer calls, and this fix will happen with both a developer and a database developer. They are not billing correctly and this is effecting Windstream's profit margin. They will be working with CCMI (Center for Communications Management Information, which is a software product commonly used throughout the TCOMM industry) reference data from McLoud's systems. They will be working with a bringing in the feed once a month and importing that into the database. They will then massage the data using Business Rules, and Windstream should be able to use these calls for resource data. They will be involved in constructing the tables design, and be involved in the call rating. They will be working completely on the development side, however doing their own unit testing when necessary. The design on this project has been completed. This candidate will be more on the database development side. Top 3 Skills 1. Oracle Database (5+ yrs) - Candidate should be an expert database developer. They should be comfortable modeling a database AND have experience with architecture. 2. PL/SQL (5+ yrs) - Candidate should be strong with PL/SQL development within the Oracle database. 3.
