Lead SAP Business Systems Analyst
Location: Beaverton, OR
Duration: 6 Months

OVERVIEW
The investigation, analysis and documentation of all or part of a SAP business 
in terms of business functions and processes and the information they use. The 
definition of requirements for improving any aspect of the processes and 
systems. The creation of viable specifications in preparation for the 
construction of information systems. Work with business to define 
business/product requirements.

REQUIRED:
Requires a Bachelors Degree and minimum of 6 years directly relevant work 
experience
5 years BSA
1 year Lead
SAP or Retail experience required

PREFERRED SKILLS:
2 years SAP Retail experience
Finance background

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of BSA skill set
Interprets internal or external business issues and recommends best practices
Solves complex problems; takes a broad perspective to identify innovative 
solutions
Works independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations
Will lead a functional team on a large, cross-functional project
Interprets internal/external business challenges and recommends best practices 
to improve products, processes or services
Has developed depth and/or breadth of expertise in own discipline
Leads others to solve complex problems; takes a broad perspective to identify 
innovative solutions
Anticipates customer needs; assesses requirements and identifies new solutions
Handles initial escalation from team
Explains difficult concepts and influences others to adopt a different point of 
view
Makes decisions guided by policies in non-standard situations
Impacts the achievement of project objectives
Responsible for day to day assignment of BSA resources
Manages projects or programs with moderate resource requirements, risk and/or 
complexity
Monitors and controls costs of own work and may manage budgets for 
moderate-sized projects or programs
Performs work in support of brand plans; demonstrates link between daily work 
and company mission; participates in initiatives, programs or products with 
moderate visibility
Ensures actions protect company image and limits risks
Decisions and actions impacting company image require management oversight and 
are constrained by policies
Ownership of resolution of cross functional issues.
