Experience on working with mission critical, high transactional and highly available web based software systems. Real time experience with any JMS compliant messaging systems like Tibco, ActiveMQ. Good knowledge of Object oriented concepts and software design patterns. Strong communication and interactive skills. Knowledge of workflow engines is a strong plus. Working knowledge of J2EE webservers like Apache Tomcat.
