PeopleSoft Admin with v 8.4 or 8.5 tools Required 2 Year
Hands-On upgrade experience/knowledge of Change Assistant,
PeopleTools-Application Designer, Application Engine, People Code & Application
Messaging Required 1 Year
PeopleSoft Administration tools and techniques Required 1 Year
Good working knowledge of PIA, Tuxedo Application Server Domain, Web Logic &
Process Schedulers Required 1 Year
Experience with Integration Broker, Web Services and XML Required 1 Year
Job description :
- Will be responsible for assisting with the PeopleSoft 9.1 upgrade project
(from 8.9 to 9.1) pre/post go-live.
- Will support application development team by recognizing and evaluating
application and database issues as well as implementing solutions.
- Will support new functionality and system enhancements; support test moves
(upgrades), refreshed environments and infrastructure.
- Will apply patches, fixes and Tax Updates.
- Will identify, troubleshoot and fix system issues (Level 2/3).
- Will ensure systems and databases reliability and performance.
Experience/Requirements:
- Required to have at least one full upgrade cycle experience.
- Experience with install, configuration and patches of PS environments on UNIX
& windows platform.
- Hands-on upgrade experience and knowledge of Change Assistant, People Tools
like Application Designer, Application Engine, People Code, and Application
Messaging.
- Experience with UNIX and Oracle database preferred.
- Experience with PeopleSoft Administration tools and techniques desirable.
- Good working knowledge with PIA, Tuxedo Application Server Domain, Web Logic
and Process Schedulers.
- Experience with Integration Broker, Web Services and XML.
Must be a team player; excellent communicator; excellent analytical, problem
solving and process improvement skills; ability to define issues and assist
with preparation and recommendation of alternative solutions.
