Position Summary: The Software Developer will play a critical role to develop product enhancements based upon requirements documents, technical specifications, or interaction from product sponsors. Develop custom solutions within/around a standard product given customer requirements. Support junior staff in development work through code reviews and the creation of technical specifications based on requirements. Advise clients or colleagues of best approach given specific application needs. Provide source code management, versioning, and build management. Opportunity to take ownership of projects and grow into a management role. Qualifications: Must have at least 3-5 years experience with ASP.NET and Microsoft SQL Server. Expertise in C#. Expertise in SQL. Understanding of basic networking concepts. Strong verbal and written skills. Application architecture experience. Experience with large (Fortune 500) clients is preferred.
