Job Title: Sr. Business Analyst with ecommerce experience Location: Grand Rapids, MI Duration: 12-18 months with extensions Basic Qualifications: Excellent verbal and written communication skills At least 7 years of experience with business analysis and data reporting Experience working as a Business Analyst in an Internet-based business environment Experience in identifying operational issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems Experience developing ways of accomplishing goals with little or no supervision, determining when escalation of issues is necessary Experience gathering/collecting business requirements, such as product search / browse, registration, and checkout in an Internet-based business environment Experience documenting requirements and handling change management to requirements Experience building and maintaining relationships within a team Experience working in an Agile or Agile-type environment Experience with Business to Consumer (B2C) retail Other Helpful Qualification: Experience working with ATG Dynamo Commerce Experience working with Altassian products Confluence and JIRA for requirements documentation and workflow management.
