CMH is Windows based and SQL Server architected, essentially a massive database, so someone who can absorb that data-focused application baseline quickly is ideal. There’s a TON of direct client interaction here so communication skills are critical. SOME SQL Development skill – especially environment configuration, build/deployment tasks, etc. – is very helpful and probably required.
