*POSITION: Technical Analyst LOCATION: Washington, DC 3 - 6 months possible extensions Start date: ASAP* Needs to have a background in PL/SQL Development w/BA experience. *MUST BE HIGHLY TECHNICAL* *Technical Skills:* #1 Priority PL/SQL *Other Technical Skills Required:* SQL Server and Windows *Job Description:* · Best description I can think of is that it’s a “Technical Business Analyst” role – Being the interface with the business team, developing an understanding of the complex application, and helping shape requirements/design. CMH is Windows based and SQL Server architected, essentially a massive database, so someone who can absorb that data-focused application baseline quickly is ideal. There’s a TON of direct client interaction here so communication skills are critical. · SOME SQL Development skill – especially environment configuration, build/deployment tasks, etc. – is very helpful and probably required.
