Job Description - Proactively tune database systems to meet business SLAs - Plan and implement effective backup & recovery, business continuity strategies - Design, test, implementing and maintain high availability solutions - Installation, administration, troubleshooting of Oracle and SQL server systems - Performs system builds and comply with release management, change management and quality assurance standards - Identify and implement process improvements in various database aspects - Control and monitor user access to databases and maintain database security - Allocate systems storage and develop plans for future growth requirements - Must have the ability and willingness to be available off-hours and to cover live weekend events *Minimum Requirements * *8+ years experience in database administration * Knowledge & Skills Minimum 2+ year experience with hands-on Oracle 11g Minimum 6+ years experience with hands-on Oracle 10g in a production environment Minimum 4+ years experience with logical/physical data design Minimum 6+ years experience with tuning production systems Strong experience with RAC, load balancing, failover, workload management capabilities, ASM Experience with Golden Gate in a production environment Experience with RMAN, Oracle Grid Control 12c, job scheduling Strong experience with Linux/Unix, shell scripting Experience working with Oracle support SQL Server experience is a plus Education 4-year degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience Regards, Vinay Kumar - IT Recruiter Direct: 609-606-2634 *vi...@itbtalent.com* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP BASIS" group.
