Job Title: QA lead Location: Portland, Maine Duration: 3-6 months *!! HOT REQUIREMENT !!* *!! IMMEDIATE NEED !!* *Specific Requirements:* Organize, Produce, and Execute a Testing Kick-Off Meeting & Materials. Define, Document, and Execute Testing Standards, Test Plans, Test Procedures, etc. Define, Document, and Execute the Testing Strategy. Establish and Document SMART review objectives. Provide feedback and guidance on performance. Define, Document, and Execute Testing Approach. Ensure Team Cohesion. Define, Document, and Communicate Team Goals and Schedule. Develop the Test Plan for the Tasks, Dependencies, and Participants required to mitigate the risks to system quality and gain sign-off from Management. Arrange the Hardware and Software requirement for the Test Setup. Assign tasks to all Testing Team Members and ensure that all of them have sufficient work to complete activities. Ensure content and structure of all Testing Documents / Artifacts is documented and maintained. Document, Implement, Monitor, and Enforce all processes for Testing as per established guidelines. Check / Review the Test Case Docs. Keep track of the new requirements / change in requirements. Escalate the issues about the project requirements to management. Organize the status meetings and send the status report(s) to management. Single Point of contact for Testing. Track and prepare the report of testing activities, i.e. Testing Results, Test Case Coverage, Required Resources, Defects Discovered and their Status, Performance Baselines, etc. Review various reports prepared by Test Teams. Ensure timely delivery of Testing Milestones. Define, Prepare, Update, and Present Metrics Dashboard. Assess, Document, and Communicate Product Quality and Stability. Provide solutions for problem prevention.
