We are looking for a QA Test Manager In Jefferson City, MO. Please go through the below position and let me know your interest. *Title :QA Test Manager * *Location :Jefferson City, MO* *Duration :3-6 months contract* Description: This person will be brought in to help build and staff a Test Team. This individual will potentially help evaluate testing tools, processes, and implement best practices to build a world class test environment. This person would need to have a four year degree. 5-10 years test experience, 3 years management experience (includes hiring, firing, training, evaluating talent, etc.) Current environment includes: mainframe (green screen), Java opensystems, DB2, CICS, COBOL. The ideal manager has experience creating a "test bed" for testing applications the same way multiple times ( A"template" approach). Currently, the development team is testing their own code. No issues yet, but this is not a "best practice" in the industry.
